Ann Krucek and Allie Hoffman
Ann Krucek became the co-executive director of the Miss Akron Canton program when she saw an opportunity to give back to some hard working young women. Ann has always been a big believer in volunteering and has been very involved in her community from Girl Scouts to Special Olympics to Sunday School teacher and even as a hockey team manager. Prior to her retirement, Ann worked for Mattel, Inc. as a Retail Services Coordinator and then part-time as a bridal and formalwear consultant. Ann is an avid crafter and shares her talents as a blogger (www.cornerofplaidandpaisley.blogspot.com) and Stampin' Up presenter. She resides in Malvern with her husband Tom and their dog Lucy.
Allie Hoffman became the co-executive director of the Miss Akron Canton program to give back to an organization that provided her with more than $10,000 in scholarships and countless opportunities for personal and professional growth. Allie held 3 local titles in the Miss Ohio Scholarship Program from 2005-2007. She was honored to be chosen as 2nd runner up to Miss Ohio 2006 and receive the Miss America State Community Service Award for her dedication to her platform, Serving Children with Disabilities. Allie has enjoyed continued participation in the organization as a contestant mentor and local judge. She is a graduate of Hoover High School, the University of Toledo with a B.S. in Exercise Science, and The Ohio State University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Allie is proud to work for Children's Miracle Network Hospital Akron Children's Health Center in Mansfield as a pediatric physical therapist. She and her husband Casey live in Mansfield (the home of the Miss Ohio Scholarship program) with their son Everett.
